Customers outside these areas are welcome to contact us via email to obtain shipping charges for their destination. Customers outside the US, please see International Destinations below. Shipping, handling and insurance of your package are charged at fixed rates based on the method of shipment. The exact charges are shown by our shopping cart system. Our delivery service is generally via UPS. From our location UPS Delivery times are typically 1-4 days in the continental US. You will receive an email from our shipping system when your order is complete and ready for pickup. UPS provides excellent tracking information which you can use to determine when your order should arrive. APO/FPO: We welcome your order. Be sure to select the appropriate "State" code for your APO/FPO. We will ship to you via USPS Priority Mail. P.O. Boxes: P.O. Boxes are delivered via USPS Priority Mail (outside of Texas) and USPS Parcel Post (within Texas). USPS Delivery times are generally 1-3 days. All orders except P.O. Box and APO/FPO orders are shipped via UPS with secure tracking. P.O. Box/APO/FPO orders ship via USPS priority mail. International DestinationsFor all International Destinations (Destinations outside of the United States) customers are responsible for any taxes, custom fees or import duties or other fees that may be applicable to their order. Returned orders will be credited back to the customer's credit card, less actual shipping charges. Lost Package PolicyOn rare occasions orders can be lost by the delivery service. Our policy is to wait 10 business days before we place a trace on the package. If the delivery service is unable to locate the package we will re-ship the original order or issue store credit for the purchase amount (including shipping and handling costs). Sales TaxTexas residents will not be charged the applicable 8.25% sales tax. Just4Hair will pay this tax.
